Laskisin E-vitamiininkin ehkä vielä pakolliseksi. Sitä kannattaa ottaa sekä alpha- että gammatokoferolina:
Gammatokoferolia pitäisi ottaa vähintään 20% E-vitamiinin kokonaismäärästä. Jossain suositellaan jopa 50%. C-vitamiinin tapaan E-vitamiini on tärkeä antioksidantti ja toimii synergistisesti C-vitamiinin kanssa.

Tässä oli minulle uutta tietoa. Alfatokoferolin määrää kannattaa rajoittaa, ja muita E-vitamiineja ottaa vähintään tuplasti siihen verrattuna. Alfatokoferoli estää muiden E-vitamiinien vaikutusta.

Tosi hyvä perus-monivitamiini. Tosi edullinen hinta ja sisältö tosi asiallinen. Sisältää 2000IU D-vitamiinia.

Jos tuota käyttää, niin saattaa hyötyä siitä että ottaa lisäksi vähän kuparia.
