Dear National Pageant Directors:If
you are currently sending a candidate to Miss Toursim Queen
International, you should start pulling your candidate out of that
competition and stop getting involved in that contest. And if you are
planning to send a candidate to that Miss Tourism Queen International
in the coming years, you should start changing your mind.Amy Lynn Holbrook, Miss
America
(US) 2008 for Miss Tourism Queen International had religiously posted
her experiences in the 2008 Miss Tourism Queen International
competition in China
on her website, and surprisingly, she had written "bad experiences".
She even said that the competition she is in should be called Miss
Tourism Queen International - Survivor Edition" where the winner is the
only one left alive. Here are just some of her complaints on her MTQI experince:1. 4
to 5 hours to sleep2. girls are getting sick with no medical care3. have not had a
proper meal in days and all most of us have been eating is bread, cakes, and rice,
and french fries4. no available feminine products 5. the security does very little
to protect the
candidates6. a few of the organizers are constantly rude to the candidates7. never
actually get to experience the tourist sites8. no formal itinerary and no idea what
the wear, where to go, or what city they are in9. most of the girls have been
unable to call home because they cannot find a shop to buy an international phone
card10. outside in freezing weather again for 2 or 3 hours with no coatYou can read
