Erythritolia kokeilen seuraavaksi. Steviaa olen nyt käyttänyt ja ksylitolia. Ksylitolissa on aika paljon vielä kaloreita. Noita Brazzeinia ja Curculinia en ole vielä löytänyt mistään. Thaumatin on kanssa mielenkiintoinen ja esim. monellin ja pentadin näyttäisi kanssa olevan kalorittomia. Mutta maku on tärkeää. Stevia ei ehkä sovi kaikkeen käyttöön. Keinotekoisiin en enää koske. Ehdin jo hölmönä myrkyttää itseäni niillä ihan tarpeeksi.
