Supermodel NAOMI CAMPBELL attends Narcotics Anonymous meetings all over the world, because she fears she'll relapse one day and take the cocaine that once wrecked her life and left her an addict.

British Campbell admits she has already relapsed once since quitting the drug, and found herself guzzling alcohol, but she never wants to return for her former drug of choice.

Speaking exclusively on US news show PRIMETIME last night (24FEB05) about her ongoing battle against addiction, Campbell said, "I drank, even though that was not my drug of choice... and I can't, so I drank and I had to get back on the wagon and go back to meetings. Day one, start again.

"But in terms of the other, I don't want it. My memories were (me) on my knees. I don't want to be in that pain again, I don't want to be in that place. I don't want to be just crying hysterically without taking a breath because I'm just so unhappy.

"There's always that moment where you want to self-destruct and I don't know what it is."
